Common questions
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by the store you purchased through. On iPhone, iPad, or Mac, open Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions. If you subscribed on the web, use the receipt email from our billing partner to manage your plan. Cancelling stops future charges; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
I purchased Premium but the app still shows the free plan.
Make sure you are signed in with the same account you used when subscribing, then use “Restore purchases” in the app's settings. If it still doesn't appear, email us with your purchase receipt and we'll sort it out.
What data does VorX store?
Your research chats and account details are stored so they sync across your devices. The full details are in our privacy policy, and you can erase everything at any time from Delete account.
An answer looks wrong or out of date.
VorX cross-checks multiple AI models, but no AI is perfect — please verify important information independently. Use the feedback controls under an answer, or report the issue so we can improve.
When contacting support, never include passwords, payment card numbers, or other sensitive personal data.
