Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between You and Nobleman Labs MChJ, located in Tashkent, Uzbekistan (“Nobleman Labs,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”), and govern Your access to and use of VorX and any related websites, mobile applications, subscriptions, communications, and support services that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Services”).
VorX is founded, owned, and operated by Nobleman Labs MChJ.
By accessing or using the Services, You agree to be bound by these Terms and by the applicable Privacy Policy. If You do not agree, You must not access or use the Services.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 13 years of age, or the minimum age required in Your country, to use the Services. If You are under the age of majority where You live, You may use the Services only with permission from Your parent or legal guardian, and Your parent or legal guardian should review these Terms and the Privacy Policy with You. The Services are not directed to children under 13.
If You create or maintain an account, You agree to provide accurate and complete information, to keep Your credentials secure, and to remain responsible for all activity conducted through Your account.
3. The Services
VorX is a personal research service that may retrieve, display, organize, summarize, or link to public, editorial, statistical, user-submitted, or third-party content. We may modify, update, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Certain features, plan tiers, or surfaces of the Services may be supported by advertising, sponsored placements, or promotional content. By using any ad-supported portion of the Services, You acknowledge that such materials may be displayed. The availability, format, frequency, and targeting of such materials may vary by product, platform, geography, plan, consent status, and applicable law.
We do not guarantee that any content, data point, summary, profile, metric, or feed will be complete, accurate, current, available, or suitable for any particular purpose.
VorX uses third-party AI model providers, search and retrieval providers, and related infrastructure to process Your questions, uploaded content, source snippets, generated context, and follow-up requests. Depending on the feature, plan, geography, provider availability, safety routing, and system load, VorX may route requests to one or more providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google/Gemini, xAI/Grok, search providers, or similar services, and may compare or synthesize model outputs into a single report. Provider availability may vary by feature, age, geography, and provider terms. Some providers or features may be unavailable to teen users or may be routed to alternative providers when a provider’s terms do not allow under-18 access.
AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, misleading, or unsuitable for Your situation. VorX is a research and productivity tool, not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, engineering, safety, or other expert advice. You are responsible for reviewing sources, checking important information, and deciding whether to rely on any output.
4. User Content and Feedback
As between You and Us, You retain any rights You may have in content or information You submit to the Services. You grant Us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use such content solely as necessary to operate, secure, improve, and support the Services, including by transmitting it to third-party AI model providers, search and retrieval providers, and infrastructure providers that help deliver the Services. If You are under the age of majority where You live, Your parent or legal guardian must authorize this processing.
If You provide comments, ideas, suggestions, or other feedback regarding the Services, You agree that We may use such feedback without restriction or obligation to You.
5. Paid Services, Billing, and Auto-Renewal
Certain features of the Services may require a paid subscription or purchase. Prices, billing intervals, and included features are described at the point of purchase.
Where a subscription is offered on a recurring basis, You authorize recurring charges until You cancel in accordance with the applicable provider’s procedures. Billing may be handled by Apple, an app store, a payment processor, or another third party, and such provider’s terms, billing rules, renewal handling, cancellation procedures, and refund policies will also apply.
We may change fees, plans, or service features prospectively. Unless otherwise required by applicable law or platform rules, We are not obligated to provide credits, refunds, or partial billing adjustments.

9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, disable, or terminate Your access to all or any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, if We believe that You have violated these Terms, created risk or possible legal exposure for Us or others, or if such action is necessary to protect the Services, Our users, or third parties.
