Privacy Policy.
1. Scope and Definitions
This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, stored, transferred, and otherwise processed in connection with VorX and any related websites, mobile applications, subscriptions, communications, and support services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”).
VorX is founded, owned, and operated by Nobleman Labs MChJ, located in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
In this Privacy Policy, “Nobleman Labs,” “We,” “Us,” and “Our” mean Nobleman Labs MChJ. “You” and “Your” mean any individual who accesses, uses, or interacts with the Services.
2. Personal Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of personal information, depending on how You use the Services:
- Account and identity information: name, username, email address, sign-in provider information, authentication identifiers, and profile image.
- Profile, preferences, and user-submitted content: profile details, follows, saved items, notes, uploads, preferences, and other content You choose to create, store, or submit through the Services.
- Research queries and AI processing data: questions, prompts, follow-up messages, uploaded files or images, extracted file text, source snippets, generated reports, intermediate model responses, model-routing metadata, and related context needed to generate, compare, verify, save, or continue research. You should not submit information You do not have the right to share, or sensitive regulated information unless You understand and accept that it may be processed by third-party AI and infrastructure providers as described in this Policy. Users under the age of majority should use these features only with parent or guardian permission.
- Subscription and transaction information: subscription status, entitlement status, purchase confirmations, restore events, and limited billing metadata required to administer paid access. Payment transactions may be processed by Apple, Google, or other payment providers acting under their own terms and policies.
- Support and communications data: messages, contact information, attachments, and related records when You contact Us for support, report an issue, or otherwise communicate with Us.
- Newsletter information: name, email address, consent record, subscription status, source page, and limited delivery or engagement information when You choose to subscribe to VorX product and research updates.
- Website activity aggregates: an approximate country code supplied by Our website infrastructure, a time bucket, and an aggregate visit count used to display recent visitor activity for a rolling 30-day period. The public activity display does not store visitor IP addresses. An anonymous first-party cookie may be used for up to 24 hours to avoid repeatedly counting the same browser.
- Technical, device, and service-use data: device type, operating system, browser information, application version, local settings, security signals, diagnostic information, and other technical data reasonably necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Services.
- Information from third parties: limited information received from identity providers, app stores, payment providers, or other third-party services when required to complete authentication, restore purchases, or provide requested functionality.
VorX does not serve third-party advertisements, does not use advertising identifiers, and does not share personal information with advertising networks or ad-measurement partners.
3. How We Use Personal Information
- To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services.
- To route research requests, attachments, source material, and generated context to AI model providers, search and retrieval providers, and related infrastructure providers so VorX can generate, compare, synthesize, cite, and verify research reports and follow-up answers.
- To authenticate accounts, administer access, restore purchases, and manage subscriptions or premium entitlements.
- To store and display the content, preferences, follows, and account information You elect to maintain through the Services.
- To communicate with You regarding service operation, support requests, account recovery, abuse reports, legal notices, and policy updates.
- With Your consent, to send the VorX newsletter, product announcements, research workflows, feature previews, and related updates. You may unsubscribe using the link included in those messages.
- To produce short-lived, country-level website activity aggregates and display approximate recent visitor counts without publishing or storing visitor IP addresses for that feature.
- To detect, investigate, prevent, and respond to fraud, misuse, security incidents, unauthorized access, and other harmful activity.
- To comply with legal obligations, enforce Our terms and policies, and protect the rights, property, safety, and integrity of the Services, Our users, and third parties.
4. Legal Bases and Processing Grounds
Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing, We process personal information as necessary to provide the Services You request, perform Our contractual obligations, protect legitimate business and security interests, comply with legal obligations, and, where required, on the basis of consent.
5. How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose personal information in the following circumstances:
- Service providers and infrastructure partners: to vendors and processors that assist Us with hosting, authentication, storage, support, diagnostics, security, and operation of the Services.
- AI model, search, and research providers: to third-party providers that process prompts, uploaded content, source snippets, generated context, and related metadata in order to provide AI model responses, transcription, text-to-speech, image generation, search grounding, source retrieval, synthesis, verification, and abuse-prevention functions. These providers may include OpenAI, Anthropic, Google/Gemini, xAI/Grok, search providers, and similar services where enabled for the Services. Provider availability may vary by feature, age, geography, and provider terms, and some providers or features may be unavailable to teen users.
- Email delivery providers: to providers that maintain newsletter contact lists, deliver subscribed communications, process unsubscribe requests, and provide limited delivery diagnostics.
- App stores, payment providers, and subscription partners: to Apple, Google, and other relevant commercial or billing partners where necessary to process purchases, renewals, restorations, refunds, or entitlement verification.
- User-directed disclosures and third-party content: where You choose to make information visible to others or elect to open external content or third-party services through the Services.
- Legal compliance and protection: when We believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or lawful request, or to investigate, prevent, or address fraud, abuse, security, or technical issues.
- Corporate transactions: in connection with any merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or other corporate transaction involving all or part of Our business.
6. International Transfers
Personal information may be processed in Uzbekistan and in other jurisdictions where We or Our service providers operate. By using the Services, You understand that personal information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in jurisdictions that may have data protection rules different from those of Your country. Where required by law, We use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain security, resolve disputes, enforce Our agreements, and comply with legal, accounting, tax, or regulatory obligations. Saved research reports and follow-up threads may be retained until You delete them or delete Your account, subject to backup, security, legal, and operational retention needs.
Third-party AI model, search, and infrastructure providers may process and retain prompts, uploaded content, outputs, and related metadata according to their contracts, data-processing terms, safety rules, and legal obligations. We configure production providers to limit use of submitted content for provider model training where available and appropriate, but provider retention and review rules may vary by provider, account type, feature, geography, and law.
Certain information may remain stored locally on Your device until You clear local data or uninstall the application. If You wish to request deletion of a VorX account, You may use the in-app account deletion flow or the public account deletion page.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on applicable law and Your place of residence, You may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, portability of, or restriction of processing of personal information, or to object to certain processing activities. You may also be able to manage certain account settings, notifications, and privacy controls through the Services.
Requests may be directed to [email protected].
9. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission, storage, or security measure is absolute, and We cannot guarantee that the Services will be completely secure.
10. Children
The Services, including AI research features, are not directed to children under 13. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in Your country, to use VorX. If You are under the age of majority where You live, You should use the Services only with permission from Your parent or legal guardian. If We become aware that We have collected personal information from a child under 13, or from a person using the Services contrary to the age requirements in Our Terms, We may delete such information and take any other steps We consider appropriate.
11. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version will govern Our processing of personal information and will be posted on this page. If We make changes that We determine to be material, We may provide additional notice where required or where We consider it appropriate.
